Authorization error while HCM transfer

Hi,

we have limitations to provide SAP_ALL to the TDMSUSER in source system. So we have provided some basis admin authorizations along with CNV* authorizations. we are doing HCM scrambling using process type "ERP Initial Package for HCM Personnel Administration (PA)". In the activity "Transfer Selection Criteria" the Confirm online" button is not active. In the log it is mentioned that

"You do not have sufficient authorisations to execute the confirm function.

Diagnosis

You lack the TDMS4HCM: Transfer program Confirm mode control authorization. Without this, you can not execute the confirm function and the confirm buttons are shown in grey."

Could any one please inform which are the missing transactions we have to add to the role / how do we find out the necessary authorizations. I have gone thorug the Security guide, it is not providing solution.

Hello Shylesh,

You can assign the role SAP_TDMS_HCM_MASTER for the tdms user.

In the above role, it has 2 objects 1. TDMS4HCM01 2. TDMS4HCM02

For TDMS4HCM02, you need to maintain the value '*' for TDHC_PACK.

After providing the above authorization, you can confirm online in the transfer selection critieria activitiy.
