There are a number of issues with the Digital Personnel File for HR Administrative Services that has been configured.

1. Forms are not being saved in the relevant files and the folders in the HR Administrative Services do not match what is in ERP.

2. When reviewing the Define Element Types for u2018S_AREA_RMSu2019 and reviewing the Parameter u2018USEu2019 it is set to u2018Not Activeu2019 should this be set to Active?

Hi,

One is Category and another one is Anchor. It is different configuration but it tie togehter. It is the terminology in Record Management System. I also looking to create new Anchor and put it in the standard one. But I still can not find how to do that. Please let me know if anyone can find how to link between new Anchor and RMS ID.

For your case, the problem is cannot assign to any folder or can assign but want to have new folder same as my case?

Visut
