Unable to raise the message

Hi Experts

I have configured service desk in my dev & prd systems. Due to some reason i have changed the admin password. Now when ever the user is want to raise a message it's asking the username and password. Where i need to change the password. I have checked in the rfc.

Please help me to resolve the issue.

- Find out the RFC destination pointing from dev & prd to Solution Manager.

Therefore in dev/prd list table content of table BCOS_CUST (using transaction SE16), find destination in row with "OSS_MSG"

- verify via destination via SM59 and adjust logon data.

Thanks for your reply. It's working there. but i am unable to raise the message. When ever i am raising the message it's asking the username and password.

Hi,

Check for trusted RFC.

you can test the RFC in SMT2 & SMT1
