if you create vendor account groups to split according to the material that is supplied, then you can either choose any of this groups, or you create your vendor redundant in each group.

    HI

    You have 2 options

    1. Create separate vendor codes wrt separate account groups.

    2. Create one vendor code. .... Now in this case the person doing MIRO has to be lil attentive.

He will always have bill in hand .... If its service bill then withholding part comes ... he need not make any changes in MIRO

If its material bill then he has to just remove withholding tax codes during MIRO under withholding tax tab ... and everything will be perfect
