Internal users do not receive mail

Dear All,

I'm trying to send mail from my user-id to some other user-id.But error No. 826 shows in SOST.

We can send mails to extrenal mail ids other than SAP system.

"It says there is no route".but in diffrent client it is working fine.

I have checked it in SCOT transaction. Everything is same.

Default domain is also maintained. We have configured SMTP node in both the clients.

I cant trace the problem, why it occurs in one client and working fine in another client.

Plz provide some guidance.How can i resolve this issue.

HI Prashant,

Check if the email id has been set in SU01 for your SAP id in the Client where you are facing the issue.

Hi! Mr. Chauhan.

I have already set the E-mail ID for my user login as well as WF-BATCH user login.

Also checked SCOT configuration may times.But can't find why the internal users dont receive mails.

Mails are going outside Email ids.

More interestingly with the same SCOT setting internal users receive mails in another client.But in a particular client in which i have done setting for SAP Buisness workflow...the internal users of the system dont receive mails. It shows "Cannot process message, no route from MAHESH to NTD:400:KANTI" in SOST.
