Internal users do not receive mail


Dear All,

I'm trying to send mail from my user-id to some other user-id.But error No. 826 shows in SOST.

We can send mails to extrenal mail ids other than SAP system.

"It says there is no route".but in diffrent client it is working fine.

I have checked it in SCOT transaction. Everything is same.

Default domain is also maintained. We have configured SMTP node in both the clients.

I cant trace the problem, why it occurs in one client and working fine in another client.

Plz provide some guidance.How can i resolve this issue.
