Control indicators for controlling area error

Hi all,

While I am trying to upload employee master data and employee hire date is 01.04.1990 and in FICO cost center defined form 01.04.2000, the system throws an error :

Control indicators for controlling area 1000 do not exist

Message no. KI102

Diagnosis

No control indicators exist in fiscal year 1991 for controlling area 1000.

Please let me know how to solve this .
