Poratl page was not opened for some time

Hi,

Poratl page was not opened for some time. after some time it has opened. when i checked the log files i got below error in below path.

Failure in session communication between current dispatcher and server with ID 185197851. Sending notification message for disconnected client failed.

Also got the error in work directory in dev_dispatcher file.
