Can't print the smartform.

Hi, expert

We use CRM 7.

I have created a smartform, and the smartform can be previewed.

But i can't print the smartform.

I check the information use t-code sp01, and found the error information as below:

'Spool request status Error'

I don't know how the error occured.

Hello,

please check the action profile of your transaction type in SPRO.

If this does not help please check your spool with transaction SP01 for errors.

Thanks for your reply.

If i launched the SAP Printer Daemon,

then i can print the smart form, and there is no error in the Output Controller(SP01).

If i didn't, i can't print the smart form.

But my colleague can print the smart form created by me via his PC.

So i think maybe my SAP Front End has some problem.
