While Creating Production order I am getting error' no valid routing found' but routing is already created.
Please advice
Check :
Usage 1
Status 4
On header and also valid from date . It should be before prod order creation date .
If you are using group routing then assign material .

Hi,
Check The Routing Validity date, and the status 4,
The dates should be earlier than the Creation date of the Production order.
Are you using Routing group? if so, It is also possible some times after getting planned order from MRP,
u might have assign the Material to the Routing group, which may fall after Planned order Dates.
Delete the Planned Order, Get new with MRP run, and try to convert.
Or Change the Planned order dates manually and try to convert,
See if it helps.

Dear ,
This is due to because you don't have routing with selection id which is defined in Customization.
Go to OPPQ (Plant Parameters for MRP0 -
>Select your plant & go inside -
>Select BOM / Routing Selection -
>Check selection id maintained there .In it usage will be mentioned. So you must have routing available with same usage i.e. 1 ( production).
Pls. check above & if routing is not with usage 1 ( Production) create new routing with the same usage.
Hope this resolves your problem.
Revert if error still persists.

Tejas
