Working with work permits -reg

Hi,

For handling machine maintenance and other works we need to use work clearance management of SAP PM

can any one guide us on this ?

any PPT on this with transaction codes ?

we need to create work permits for carrying out various maintenance activities at shop floor , approval process , close them , store in the data base , track for further analysis .

these we have to have unit wise means department wise

please guide us
