SAP C4C Decision based checklist , is it available?

Dear All,

I have seen screens of EC- Service center which based on C4C Service. and they had Checklist functionality ( not sure if it was simple or decison based checklist ) , nonetheless I have right now normal c4c ( not ECSC ) and we want to incoparate Checklist functionality.

Does any 1 have idea how do i do that?

Or Shall i ask SAP directly?

anant.acharya : I think checklist in general is very cool functionality for Service team and also in some cases sales team.

It would be perfect if you can check from SAP side if its available with normal C4C licensing.
