Internal Server Error when opening Planning App's

Dear all,

I have created my instance of SAP S/4HANA 1709 FSP00 Chemicals Trial with Industry Best Practices: Fully Activated Landscape on SAP Cloud Appliance Library.

When I try to open the App (Connecting to SAP S/4HANA via Fiori Launchpad) e.g. Transportation Cockpit I get the Error "500 Internal Server Error".
I'm logged in with User BPINST. (the WS* User do not work - https://caldocs.hana.ondemand.com/caldocs/help/BP_CHEM_S4HANAX_USV4_SAP-CAL-guide_EN.pdf
).

When I open other App's like "Create Business Partner" it works.

Can anyone please help me with the error?

Hi,

Please follow the below steps for the internal server issue. I have accessed the system and I am able to login with the business user WS_SCE01 and also access the Transportation Cockpit App.

To log on to web access, you need to ensure you have mapped the IP address to the Hosts file on your local PC, in case you are accessing the Fiori launchpad using Internet Explorer as the Browser. This is explained in the SAP CAL Guide section 3.3.1.

In case you are using the Chrome Browser, you can follow the section 3.3.2 of the same guide.

Another alternative solution is to install the Google Plugin (Virtual Host Provider) via https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/virtual-hosts/aiehidpclglccialeifedhajckcpedom?hl=en Once the plugin is added to the Chrome Browser, maintain the Virtual Host domain and IP details with Enable field checked.
