Stored procedure not found

We use an application running on a SQL Server 2005 database which contains many stored procedures. Though new to Crystal Reports, I was able to create a new report in XI R2 which uses one of the stored procedures (ng_provider_approval_queue) as the primary source. It works perfectly in the report designer; however, when launched from the application, I get the following error.

Crystal Reports ActiveX

SetDBLogonForReport

The table 'ng_provider_approval_queue' could not be found.

I've successfully posted other Crystal Reports into the application and I've confirmed that "public" is Granted the Execute authority on this stored procedure, so I'm stumped.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance!

Did you find a solution to this error? We are receiving this error while attempting to run Crystal Reports reports in NextGen via Citrix. These reports work perfectly when directly run from Crystal Reports, however. When I found your post, I was very excited to find a solution since it seemed to be our exact problem.

    Thank you!
