hi,
if you have used table in main window, select one of the borders options you get when you click the top left corner button.

Hi Usha,
thanks for your reply. yes i am using a table already and the table has borders all around. All i need is a way to identify that a new record has started.
My data in the table is spread over 2 lines. That means each record in the internal table is spread over 2 lines in the samrtforms output. So the customer wants to identify when the next record starts.
Hi,
In the table node use a SORT event as ascending or descending in the data tab for the key field which identifies each new record.
And under the event display the two lines and below a line as bold.
This way for each new record a bold line would be printed.
Regards,
Ram
