training courses not appearing in PV7i for some users

Hi,

We are using PV7i for training course booking.

But for some users ( do have authorisation to tcode pv7i), when they click on the button 'search', none of the training courses appear.

But for others, it works fine.

Can anyone let me know if there are any additinal configs involved for making the training courses appear to users in PV7i?

problem with structural authorisation...auth profile assigned did not have auth to read business events and groups

Hi Pinki,

If the filter search values are the same for the two users and one is displayed with a hit list while the other is not, then in my mind its an authorisation error. Do the users have the same role attached?
