unable to see crystal reports in Infoview

I created a crystal report by using sap R/3 tables.Now I want to publish it in BO Enterprise,so that i can view my report inb crystal reports.I tried two options 1.save as report in enterprise 2. using workbench i published in Enterprise.

When I tried to open it Infoview ,the report taking the r/3 credentials and also parameter values after that it is showing "Page cannot be displayed".so please anyone help me to get out of this one...

Hi,

please also make sure that have you installed the int.Kit for SAP on the machine your BOE server runs on.

Does your BusinessObjects Enerprise have Crystal Reports license key?
