Access to file denied error

Dear Sir,

We are getting following error while execution of t-code ztrial (FICO related) .

Access to file denied

Message no. FES012

Client PC's Operating system is windows Vista.

Note: We are getting this error in Windows Vista only. In XP,2000,2003 the t-code runs smoothly.

SAP LOGIN ID : basis / grishmas

WINDOWS LOGIN ID : Kiran

Please provide us some solution if you can.

Dear Sir,

Sorry for the Cross posting. I have read "Rules of Engagement".

We searched out for SAP note. But have not got any which will suite our problem. Please provide us some solution to this issue.

Try to log in as admin through OS level or give admin rights to the OS user.

Right click saplogon.exe and select run as.....administrator. In Vista even the admin user dont have full administrator rights.

The problem is resolved now.Thanks for all the replies. We applied the following solution.

in Windos Vista goto control panel - User Accounts - Turn User Account Control On or Off and uncheck the checkbox " Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer "
