How can we control whether or not there is a WPBP split in IT0001 ?

Hi,

My client wants to control whether or not there is a wpbp split in IT0001.

Which operation can I use to solve this case in the rule? I tried below rule but it doesn't work.

-001: Personnel Calculation Rule

1000: Wage type
