I resolved the issue by removing the '&' character from my Request name..

Am also facing the same issue at the time Deploying the New application.
Kindly remove all the Special charector from the Application Description . Example : !, @, #, $, %, &, _, -...

'&' character resolved in the description of the request was causing the problem.Remove this '&' char from the description. It will resolve the issue.

I resolved the issue by creating request from SE10. Then I select the request in Web IDE.
