Problem with RRI navigation

Hi,

I have made two queries on same ods.

One is summarized report, which contains

Pur Group, Material, Vendor, PO Qty.

Second is detailed report, which contains

Pur Group, Material, Vendor, PO Number, PO Qty

I have made a RRI through RSBBS. But when I right click on any one Purchase Group say '001' and do Go to -> detailed report.

It shows data for all Purchase Groups.

It is not taking particular Purchase Group value in RRI.

I have taken assignment Generic for Material, Vendor but Info object for Purchase Group.

Please suggest.

Hi,

If you are selecting Purchase Group '001' at selection screen. at RSBBS assigments take selection as variable for Purchase Group and relevent setting for that. and others keep blank.

Thanks for answer. I am not giving Purchase Group 001 as selection value.

I give calendar month as variable input.

First report shows me data, for that month and all purchase groups.

Then I do Go to, second report should show data for that Purcahse group only. not for all Pur groups.

Hi,

at Assigment details keep only settings for Calendar month and Purchase Group.

for Purchase Group. set InfoObject and P Parameters.

when click on Purchase Group -> Go to -> receiver -> Calendar month value and only selected Purchase Group should be copied.
