Hi, expert
I am currently working on smartforms in crm 7 . The default text editor that shows up is the Microsoft Word based Editor. Can somebody please guide me how I can have the editor changed to the regular Smartform editor like the one that is available in ECC 5.0 or 4.6, where in I can drag and drop fields from the field list.
I try the steps as below:
Go to Internationalization ( TCODE: I18N)
Goto I18N Customizing -> MS Word as Editor
But when i double clicked the 'MS Word as Editor', nothing changed,
and the system show message as below:
'MS Word is a default editor now. Please read SAP Note 742662'.
Thanks.
Oliver.
Tcode: SE38
Run Program: RSCPSETEDITOR
Uncheck the Smart Forms and SAPscript
Then Activate it.
Regards,
Sean

Oliver,
I actually get the same error in both CRM 52(when we running it) and now on CRM 2007. I'm not sure why this is broken, but you probably should open an OSS message for this one.
Take care,
Stephen
