Hi, We are using 0CRM_SALES_ORDER_I data source from our CRM system and loading the ODS 0CRM_SALO in BI. All the development was done when our BI was in 3.x version and now we have migrated to 7.0 version.
Everything was working fine until June this year but since then a strange thing started happening. All the records with a particular Business Transaction Type have been coming with 0RECORDMODE as 'D' from the source system and due to this, the records are being deleted and are not being shown in the ODS. This is happening only for a single Transaction type records, all others are working fine and the data matches with CRM.
I wanted to know the following:
Does the Datasource handle populating the 0RECORDMODE value for each record? If yes, then how to make sure that the valid records do not get the 'D' value and are retained in the ODS.
