Hello All
I want to replicate the service orders created in CRM to a service orders in ECC. Is it possible or not and if yes? Which best practice document I can go through to do this replication
Thanks in advance
Jacopo Françoise
Hi,
Whenever a service order(with service product) is released in CRM system an internal order will be created for the Service product in ERP. One can check this order using the TCode KO03 in ERP. Ths will update the income genrated out of service and we can do cost analysis.
For the sales items in a service order the corresponding Sales order will be created in ERP.
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Chethan

Hi,
Sorry, I forgot to mention the best practice document in my last reply.
You can find CRM - R/3 integration details for Service Order under the "Service Process Controlling Integration" topic in the "CRM Service (C26)" Best Practice document.
Hope this helps!

Chethan
