settlement error

hi

all

during my pm order settlement i get this m,eassage in ko88 whats is the reason

in allocation structure i assign primary cost emnt of spares to the row of maint spares and by cots elemt to reciver category cost centre

but i get the mesassge plaese explain

During settlement, the system puts the sender debits into groups (assignments), which are settled using the same settlement cost element. The settlement assignment is made in the allocation structure, which is stored in the settlement rule for the sender (under settlement parameters).

Cost element 310152 cannot be assigned to a settlement cost assignment in allocation structure PM, and therefore it cannot be assigned to a settlement cost element.

    Hi,

Check the definition of the Allocation Structure "PM".

Select the Allocation Structure (in OKO6) then go to Assignments. Select the appropriate Assignment line "the row of maint spares" and click "Source". The Cost Element 310152 has to be a part of the Cost Element range or Group. I think this is where the said Cost Element is not included in the range.

Then select the Settlement cost element and for Reciever cat CTR check the By Cost Element box. Also check that the settlement rule is pointing to a Cost Center.

    Thanks,

      Hi,

When u run settlement, system checks what type of settlement applicable for the order type u have selected. Generally we setup 100% settlement.

By this it becomes imperative to setup all the sending/source cost elements in the allocation structure to allocate by itself or thru settlement cost element..

In your case, the specified Cost Element u assign in one of CostElement Group and try.

      Regards
