Sales condition record for Batch wise

Scenario is like

(we are using batch management )

Sales price condition record should generate with w.r.t each Batch which we procured from vendor with the gross price

how can i achieve this

in condition table i will add all required fields

but how system will pick the batch no and price to generate Sales price condition record

waiting for valuable inputs
