service order change log empty

Hi All,

I have a situation where when i click on 'changes' (change log) of any service order in IW33 i get a pop message - no change document positions found, message no. CD649

although this change log was present before hana upgrade and even now i can see changes in CDPOS table by entering object value but same changes are not visible in IW32/33 screen.

When I have tested, i realized the same issue. Can you try to look for action log instead changes? Would do satisfy your requirement? I'm still searching for the problem though. That's annoying.

yes 'ord status change doc' and 'change document' both are checked.

I believe thats why i can see in CDPOS table
