Po through E-mail,External send

Hi all,

I am doing a po with output type External Send "5" & did the required mail id in vendor master,communication statergy as CS01 & all.So after saving the po when i am checking the print preview the error is coming as-"TD 463: Incorrect MAIL parameter RECIPIENT or SENDER, return code 1".After releaseing the PO in ME28,the error msg coming as "Update was terminated".When i am checking the error in SM13 the error msg showing as "Update was terminated--TD 463: Incorrect MAIL parameter RECIPIENT or SENDER, return code 1".

So can you help me is there any basis setting needs to be done or anything pls update me.

Hi

I ve seen similar case previously. but dont know how it works. still u can solve the problem by assigning Output Devices to Purchasing Groups in spro-Purchasing-Messages-Assign Output Devices to Purchasing Groups
