Portal Runtime error

Hi,

i have deployed the par file in nwds after that i try to import into portal.in that i went system admin->support->Support Desk--->Portal Runtime-->Browse Deloyment...when i try to click on browse deloyment i got following errorPortal Runtime Error

An exception occurred while processing your request

Exception id: 11:54_13/08/09_0006_19047450

See the details for the exception ID in the log file.

can you please help on this issue

Hi,

Can you please go to NWA at http://portal:50000/nwa (NOTE : Remove irj/portal and use nwa)

There if you got to logs and traces, can you pass on the trace please.

We need to analyse the trace to provide a solution.

Go to

http://<FQDN>:<portno>/nwa and navigate to monitoring->logs and traces check the last 24 hours logs and post your exception id details by removing any client specific inofrmaiton.

which par file where you modifying? did you add all the needed jar files in the package of the par file? do post the error which gets logged in defult trace.
