Need to have Sort Ascending and Sort Descending in the Result list

Hi All,

In the result list of Objects (Component: PRDIOQR View:SearchResult) i have Configured Serial Number. I am able to find the serial number in the result list on web ui and data is flowing properly. Though Serial number is a SAP provided field i am not able to find the Sort Ascending and Sort Descending in the result list. Is there any way to provide the Sort Ascending and Descending functionality by enhancing the component?. Please provide your valuable inputs.

    can you provide the techincal attribute of the field by doing an F2 ?
