Project report

Hi all,

I have to extract a list of projects / WBSEs that are not changed after a particular date. In PROJ table this option is not there. Ive tried difrent options in selection but did not get through. If anyone has some idea / views ove this kindly post them.

Hi,

Assume you want list of all WBS and Proj Def which are not changed on 14.08.2009.

Go to SE16 or SE11 for field AEDAT in tables PRPS and PROJ, keep filter as AEDAT Not Equal to 14.08.2009.

It will give list of all WBS and Proj Def which are not changed on 14.08.2009.

If it is report requirement can try CN42N or CN43N with above filter as above or can also make query in SQVI.

Hi Vishal,

You can definitly get the List of projects from PROJ and List of WBSE from PRPS Tables. As per your requirement, put the condition in Changed on (PROJ-AEDAT) = Greater than perticular Date and similarly for WBSE Changed on (PRPS-AEDAT).

Hi,

Go to Tcode- CN43N - Individual overview for WBS Elements , go to dynamic selection (Shift + F4), here go to Master data on WBS Element -> Last Changed On , enter the date and you can get the report of WBSes, same can be done for project definations also.
