LIS Production Order Setup Error (GET_FREE_NUMBER)

In ECC system(SAP R/3), I want to fill the data for setup production order. (Tcode OLI4BW).

Set up of Production Order was executed normally yesterday but now that occurs error like below.

Information on where terminated

Termination occurred in the ABAP program "SAPLMCEX" - in "GET_FREE_NUMBER".

The main program was "RMCFNEUA ".

In the source code you have the termination point in line 212

of the (Include) program "LMCEXF01".
