It seems that the report MB5t does not show those POs that are blocked...is there a way to get the same information as MB5T but include POs that have been blocked.

Sorry....there is no standard report which will give the all informations like MB5T including Blocked PO.
You have to go for report development.
Check t.code ME80FN with different layouts.
