ITSM dispatcher can't see zmin incident

Hi experts,

I have set up my ITSM for VAR and all is working fine. I cna create tickets, dispatch, solve and send the tickets to SAP.

I have however an issue with one of the dispatcher, he can't the zmin type incident. I have 4 dispatcher, create at the same time, with the same roles, the same procedure :

1. Creation of s-user with the same role for all 4

2. Creation of SU01 user with the same roles

3. Creation of BP

4. Update AISUSER

3 dispatcher are working fine and can see ZMIN type incident, and the last one can only see SMIN type incident. But I can't find out why since I created them all the same.

    Hello Dimitri,

    Did you check if all the roles are same for 4 dispatcher? For the same screen the only way not to see ZMIV is authorisation objects CRM_ORD_LP and CRM_ORD_PR.

    I suggest you to create additional role that contains CRM_ORD_LP and CRM_ORD_PR objects and assign to that user and check again.
