Stock infotype

Which Infotype can I use to enter the information for Stocks and Shares?

Hi saphrfun,

Check 761, 762 and 763 if you are using ECM

Check 382 if you are using CM

You need to have LTI plans setup in your organization.

Hi Donnie,

We are just implementing PA & OM modules, but need to maintain information on Stock issues and no. of shares under PA. Is there any infotype under PA to maintain this information?

Also please tell me which infotype to be used for maintaining Training Skills data.

Looks like you will have to go for custom infotypes for both.

Hi,

Check for infotypes 382.This infotype stores information on stocks and shares given to an employee under the stock option compensation plan.

Check 753 also.

If its not fulfilling your req,you can go for custom infotype as donnie said.

Thanks for your reply. I checked both the Infotypes 382 and 753.

When I try to create IT382, it says 'this infotype can only be maintained via long term incentives maintainance.'

When I try to create IT753, it says 'information type Declaration of Shares (0753) not permitted'

What does this mean? Please guide.

Also is there any infotype for maintaining information on Training under PA.

Hi saphrfun,

I've already mentioned that IT382 can only be used with Long Term Incentives part of Compensation Management. Since you are only using PA and OM, the infotype is rendered out of scope. I'm not sure about IT753. It does not exist in my system. As for your last question, you will have to go for a custom infotype.
