avoid / block CRM inbound queues

Hi all,

I got in CRM inbound queues (smq2) with sysfail "validation error...". I don't use these scenario and transaction type in the CRM. It's only for SD in ECC6.0.

How I can avoid or block these R3AD* queues?

To deactivate the R3AD* isn't possible I need it for my real CRM sales scenario. Filter on business objects (salescontract, salesdocument) doesn't work.

Are there any other possibilities?

Hi Oliver, Shoki,

how about de-registering the specific queue in TA SMQR?

You could for example let R3AD_* be registered, but de-register R3AD_SALESCONTRACT.

Then all delta-queues would be processed in CRM except the de-registered one.

The only thing is, you need to delete the entries within the de-registered queues from time to time, otherwise (depending on the amount of entries) it could have some impact on the QRFC performance.

thanks for advice. But it will not run respectively block the queues.

I found another way: set the filter in transaction R3AC1 - Business Objects for SALESDOCUMENT and SALESCONTRACT for VBTYP e.g. C.

No queue like R3AD_SALESDO*** will running into the system.

Hello Oliver,

If you don't want R3AD_* queues in CRM,then you can deactivate the relevant object in txn:R3AC4 of CRM by checking the 'Inactive' flag.

This would stop the flow of delta changes from ECC to CRM.

I tried the solution for business object class service_master, SCE, sm_order without success. R3AD_SALES.. queues running again into the CRM.

What about other filter possibilities?

I can't deactivate the general queue because I transfer R3A* queues from CRM to ECC;

Me to have the same problem like i need to stop one particular inbound queue R3ad_salescontract.

i don't want to stop general R3AD*

I tried somany threads but i didnt found exact answer for how to stop particular queue R3AD_*****???
