Error Message

Dear all

I am getting an error message while adding an activity with attachment.

This entry already exists in the following table ''( ATC1) (ODBC 2035) [Message 131-183]

without attachment the actvity can be added in the system.

I am using SAP Business One 2007 B PL- 08

Please reply ASAP
