can anyone help with a sample code of BDC for VA42/VA41 transaction against billing plan creation.

It is not feasible to execute a BDC on your SAP System, which is recorded on some other SAP System.

Go ahead and do the recording and come back with the issues, if any.

If you are not able to execute the Txn, Do take help from your Functional Consultant.
