Open PS (% Completion)

Dear All,

When projects are being down loaded from SAP PS module to Microsoft Project (MSP) (using the Open PS add-on) Can we get the % completion column of the MSP filled based on the activities that are being confirmed in the SAP PS module. Or is there any possibility of getting the same in PS module.

Hi ,

We can not get %complete in MSP by using OpenPS.

While downloading a project from R/3 to MSP, if there is a confirmation entered on the activity , the forecast work is transferred to MSP as work. The planned work goes into the baseline work.

Also Actual finish dates are populated in MS Project only if activity is 100 % complete. Else if an actual finish date has been entered in R/3 PS, it will not be entered in MS Project.
