position overview report in BI (HR - Organizational management)

Hi,

I have activated the standard report Position Overview (Occupied, Vacant, Unoccupied) 0PAOS_C01_Q001 in BI,

When i am executing this report under the columns Occupied, vacant, unoccupied we are getting the counts but in decimal.

basically we need a report to give the count of how many positions are occupied or vacant etc.

Does any one has worked on this Organization mangement.

Any idea about the output of this report ?

Hi Dipika,

The key figures you are looking at give you the percentage of positions occupied or vacant. Use the other FTE Key Figures (0POSFRFTE, 0POSOCFTE etc...) to get your report. Probably there is a standard report using these key figures (can not remember right now). Otherwise, you can create a custom report using these FTE key figures. Hope this helps.

Hi

Counts appear in decimal to display how much percentage of time a particular position is filled for a organizational unit.
