    Hello,

you need to do this by creating new terms of payment.in OBB8

    create 6 terms of payment.

MAIN terms of payment - select doc date as the default base line date. select the check box "installment payments" under the tab payment terms. save

create payment term A -default base line date: doc date - additional months 1 in base line date calculation. save

create payment term B - default base line date:doc date - additional months 2 in base line date calculation.save

    C - same .additiona months 3

    D - default BLD:doc date additional months 4

    E- default BLD:doc date , additional months 5

    now go to obb9

    TOP inst percent pmnt term

    MAIN 1 20 A

    MAIN 2 20 B

    MAIN 3 20 C

    MAIN 4 20 D

    MAIN 5 20 E

    Save.

Now when you post invoice system will show each installment to be paid seperately with due dates one month apart

    Hope this helps

You can define a payment term with instalments. Please refer to a standard one already available in the system and try to create your required one.
