i WANT TO Perform Goods Movement from Unrestricted Stock To Blocked Stockand vice versa in WM. Whats the Tcode and movement type to be used .Similarly for Perform ing Goods Movement from Blocked Stock To Stock In Quality Inspection and vice versa.

You can use Posting change notice functionality of the WM .

You can refer the below mentioned Movement type

343 blocked stock - unrestricted-use stock

349 Blocked stock to stock in quality inspection

My suggestion is have a look at IMG documentation
