Cannot change from customize status 1 to status 2 in ITSM

Dear Team,

We are facing issue in changing status from status one status to another status..After selecting status "In Process with L1" to any other process like "CCB approval pending"

This is working fine for other transaction type in sap Solman system.

We are using 2 Transaction type for two different business.

We have keep both transaction type same by copying 1st transaction type with other as well as "Define Status Profile for user status" & "Status mapping" and all other same as 1st Transaction type.

1st one is functioning fine....2nd transaction type giving error while changing status.

Kindly suggest what needs to be done.
