Hi gurus.

Trying to set MAC for Maintenance work order (WO) I faced with the next problem. The mandatory condition for MAC working is a record in V_T399X_S (SPRO-PM&CS and so on) table view for the plant and WO type combined. There is no such the record for my WO type and plant. Also I wasn't able to find how and when this table is populated. All the table T399X views are only to modify lines, no opportunity to insert it. I've searched the forum a lot, also was trying to find the answer in Notes. Maybe someone knows how this problem can be solved? Thanks

Hi Timur,

1. Check your order type in OIOA

2. Assign your order type to Maintenance plan in OIOD

Then go to V_T399X_S in SM30 and maintain what is required.

For Material Availability check, you need to do configuration setup on below places.

1. V_441R

2. V_441V

3. V_TCO11

Thank you Maria for your quick response.

Here is a screenshot from OIOA and OIOD (is it limited in OIOD for Planing plant only?)

System configuration: we have PL01 (Planning palnt) and a lot of maintenance plants (PL10, PL20, PL30 etc).

Now we create maintenance work order for PL10 (WO01). When we run MAC for WO01 on header lvl it works so.

And it's truth first material is in stock the second is not.

When we save WO01, the field RESB-VMENG (confirmed quantity in Reservation) is not updated. So the report IWBK reflects wrong information. What can be a reason for it?

Hi Timur,

OIOA and OIOD is fine. What about other setup ? Refer below doc for setting those config.

Timur,

In addition to Terence's comments above, what values are you using in the Availability Check field on the MRP3 screens of the two materials?

Timur,

The standard setting would be "02" for Individual Requirements
