SSO Logon Ticket Problem

Hi Experts,

I have implemented SSO and ITS from portal to R/3 which works fine with the default host name, where as when i try access the same with different URL (External facing URL), domain is same, it asks for user I.D and password to access the ITS screens. please provide any solution for this.

Are you saying that your internal and external URLs are on the same domain? E.g., internal_portal.company.com and external_its.company.com

Yes you are right. both are on the same domain.

Is there a proxy server or firewall on the external address? Often the external-facing address is changed so that your internal server names are not advertized to outside attackers.

are you using Fully Qualified Domain < hostname> for accessing applications ? please use FQDN and revert.

Yes we are using fully qualified domain for both internal and external URL's
