    Hi Shankar,

I have exactly the same problem.

It is duplicating items. Why does this happen?

    Did you find a solution?

    hI,

I would suggest that you use these FM's to make the changes to your BOM items.

CSAP_MAT_BOM_OPEN - this will open the BOM and retrieve the line items . You will need to loop through the return table and modify whichever line item qty you want.

in conjunction with that you will then pass that structure of the BOM component into this FM

    CSAP_BOM_ITEM_MAINTAIN.

After using that and looping through all the components you want to change, you will need to commit the work and close the BOM

    Use this FM.

    CSAP_MAT_BOM_CLOSE

    Regards,

    Evan
