BO XI R2 service pack,MHF,CHF,Fix Packs installation!

Hi,

Can any one give a list that when to install service packs,MHF,CHF and fix packs. I have serivce pack1, service pack2 downloaded but never installed on the BO XI R2 server and the product version we have is 11.5.0.313. Any help would be appreciated.

    If your system is working properly then installing fix packs shouldn't be needed. R2 is up to SP5 now if you are building a new deployment you should use the latest service pack. Fixpacks are usually only necessarry if you need specific fixes.

    To escalate bugs you should be on the latest service pack.

      We have a Production server with out any service pack installed on it and my question is can i install only service packs instead of installing MHF and CHF.

    I found myself that Service packs are Important to install and MHF & CHF can install when ever we have issues.
