BDoc Error

Hi,

For a BDoc type "BUPA_MAIN" there is a error message "Field Tax code 2 contains invalid characters" with message 099 which inturn says "Field & contains invalid characters".

How do we know that which particular field is this in BP master data?

I gone to that particular BP and checked "central data" tab and bit confused with the field whether Tax numbers or Tax classification data sets?

Please guide in this regard.

Hello Rao,

The error that you are recieving in the BDoc is because of the tax number which you have maintained wrongly.

For BP, this is maintained on the identification tab, in the table control named 'tax numbers'.

Hope this helps to identify the error. Else please reply back with the details -

1. types maintained

2. tax numbers assigned to them.
