EUR/INR error

While doing initial entry for material XXXX, i got an error "enter rate EUR/INR rate type M for 12.07.2003 in the system settings"

pls can anyone help me in solving this error

go to ob08 maintai thre exchange rate for

Exch. Rate Type- M

From currency-eur

To-currency-inr

Valid from- to day date

Please maintain exhange rate between EUR & INR using T code OB08.

Hi,

In OB0B maintain the exchange rate for both(EUR to INR & INR to EUR)

1.EUR to INR

Exch. Rate Type- M

From currency-EUR

To-currency-INR

Valid from - to- date

&

2.INR to EUR

Exch. Rate Type- M

From currency-INR

To-currency-EUR

Valid from - to- date

And Save.

Now try ur transaction.

Hello Sowmya,

Check whether you have entered the exchange rates in OB08, valid for the date in the error message for exchange rate type 'M'.
