    Hi,

    Two options:

    1) If it is straight line method based on Useful life, then change the useful life to one year, as last year - so that in the next dep. run it will post 100% dep.

    2) Other cases, create the dep.key with 100% dep and change the same in the required asset.

    Hi,

I hope you have already posted dep up to 31.07.2009.

So get the NBV for your desired assets, those to be depreciated fully in august, as on 31.07.2009.

Then post a unplanned dep posting to each asset with transaction ABAA with the asset value date as 01.08.2009, so while your are running dep for august period, system will post the unplanned dep to the asset, hence it becomes NBV will be 0.

By posting ABAA, system will not post any kind of FI document, it only generates AA document, and stores in AA only. This AA document will be taken in to consideration while you do the planned dep posting run.

Hope this might fix your issue.

    Thanks,

    Srinu
