Calculate Age of an Incident ticket - ITSM

Hi,

We are using SAP Solution Manager 7.2 ITSM dashboards. BW query "0SPR_IN_CREATED" used as data source. For one dashboard to calculate the age of the Incident (Current date - Incident Created Date = No. of Days), trying to modify query 0SPR_IN_CREATED in BW query Designer using replacement Path variable on 0CALDAY. But some how the data when i check in /RSRT is incorrect.

Kindly advice the required steps to modify the query to get the age of the ticket.
